SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Contract Field Recruiter to recruit and place diverse talent for remote roles nationwide. The role emphasizes full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing candidates through an ATS, and partnering with Hiring Managers to meet hiring goals.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment while delivering quality hires across branches

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of high volume recruiting and candidate sourcing experience.
• Experience utilizing an ATS to source, track and maintain candidate information and status.
• Ability to properly assess candidates’ skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong time management/organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, iCIMS, and AI a plus.
• Ability to work independently and do everything with quality and integrity.
• Ability to effectively manage customers and associated expectations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain agile when faced with change.
• A desire to work in a team based environment.
• Strong motivation with a passion for making our customers successful.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates for assigned regions and roles.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leaders to define job requirements and align on solutions.
