Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is hiring a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles across multiple branches. This on-site role partners with Operations and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs, source candidates, and move top talent quickly.

You will design sourcing strategies, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and monitor time-to-fill metrics. The company offers a competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits, plus ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years managing all phases of sourcing, recruitment, hiring and onboarding.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations and best practices for hiring and recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with managers and candidates.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies.
• Proactive, independent, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ATS data and track hiring metrics.
• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Advertise openings on company careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Use ATS and resume databases effectively.
• Craft sourcing communications to attract passive candidates.
• Interview candidates and provide notes to hiring managers.
