Osmose is seeking a motivated Jr. Field Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote role, managing high-volume recruiting and supporting hiring activities. You will learn from Senior Recruiters, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and supporting field positions.

The ideal candidate lives in the Southeast US and is eager to build a foundation in HR and Talent Acquisition. You will screen resumes via video, extend offers, coordinate travel for training, and maintain ATS records,

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no prior recruitment required.
• Experience with video interviewing preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook and scheduling.
• Strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Screen applications and conduct video interviews to identify qualified candidates.
• Administer assessments and background checks per policy.
• Extend job offers.
• Coordinate new hire travel for on-the-job training.
• Serve as liaison for new hires through interview, hiring and onboarding.
