Source2 is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our remote team. This role focuses on finding top talent and engaging candidates through phone screens, video interviews, and direct sourcing.

You’ll work within an ATS, schedule training classes, and coordinate with clients and candidates to move the process forward. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can take initiative, and enjoys helping people connect with opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

• Familiarity with ATS systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct or observe initial phone/video interviews.
• Reach candidates via ATS or direct sourcing.
• Schedule interviews, offers, and training class logistics.
• Communicate progress with clients and candidates.
• Manage candidate flow across ATS platforms.
• Drive recruiting goals with time management.
