You will assess coverages, write estimates, and coordinate with specialists to ensure a superior customer experience.

You must have 3–5 years of property claims experience, Xactimate proficiency, and the ability to inspect sites (rooftops included).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience handling property claims and customer service.
• Knowledge of insurance theory and claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property damage claims by phone and in person.
• Determine policy coverages and apply claims practices per guidelines.
• Open/close/adjust reserves and communicate with involved parties.
