Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and on-site investigations at policyholder residences to assess damage and negotiate settlements.
• Use claims software, a company car, and a laptop to write estimates in a paperless environment.
• Evaluate subrogation opportunities and report related findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including policyholders, agents, contractors, and investigators.
• Promote safety and comply with company standards.
