You will investigate homeowners property claims from start to finish, confirm facts of loss, determine coverage, assess damages, and negotiate settlements while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will handle inspections, prepare estimates, review supplements, and assist with ALE and contents claims, coordinating with customers and contractors as needed.

Qualificações

• Possesses a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company.
• Strong estimating fundamentals to create or audit estimates of damages on first party homeowner losses.
• Ability to manage multiple claims across lines and build relationships with customers and partners.

• Possesses a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company.
• Possesses strong estimating fundamentals in order to create or audit estimates of damages on first party homeowner losses with complexity.
• Evaluates settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices and makes decisions on best option.
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files across multiple lines.
