Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Project Commissioning and On-Site Lead to oversee on-site commissioning, installation, and coordination across multiple sites. You’ll liaise with contractors and clients, ensuring health, safety and quality standards are met while delivering a high-quality finished product.

You will prepare reports, RAMS, and documentation, manage resources and procurement, and drive continuous improvement on site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site supervision role in manufacturing or construction.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site commissioning and installation management for HVAC projects.
• Coordinate with general contractor and client on site, health, safety and quality.
• Produce concise, accurate reports for management.
• Manage site budgets and procurement to meet project costs and timelines.
