Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Commissioning and On-Site Lead to supervise site operations for air handling unit installations across multiple sites. The role requires strong leadership of a small on-site team, coordination with contractors, and a focus on safety, quality, and budget adherence.

Must have 5+ years in site supervision within manufacturing or construction, excellent English communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Must have at least 5 years' experience in site supervision in manufacturing or construction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Hold a full driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Management of small site team for site installation of air handling units.
• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Communicate with general contractor and client team on site regarding program, site issues, health, safety and quality.
• Producing concise accurate reports for management team.
• Commercial awareness to include ensuring project costs are controlled and as per budget.
• Ensure the clients are given a high-quality finished product and service.
• Identifying strengths and weaknesses of site operatives and training where needed.
• Ensuring all site conditions and requirements are met for inductions, RAMS, permits, PPE etc.
• Materials and equipment planning and ordering to meet on-site needs.
• Monitor and record delays or issues on site with potential commercial impact.
• Drafting reports, RAMS, lessons learned documentation to a high standard.
