Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
• 3–8+ years in plasma tool environments.
• Experience with plasma dep/etch and vacuum systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and field-service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead tool validation and customer acceptance activities.
• Verify system performance against specifications.
• Optimize plasma processes for yield and throughput.
• Support production ramp into HVM.
• Develop process recipes as needed from existing starting points.
