SafelyYou in the United States is seeking a Field Operations Engineer to oversee the remote installation and maintenance of on-premises hardware for our senior-care solutions. You will troubleshoot installations, manage sensor performance, and ensure production readiness across customer sites.

The role emphasizes SLA adherence, cross-team collaboration, SOP creation, and ongoing customer support to deliver reliable technology that improves resident safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Remote installation of on-premise hardware including servers, switches, cameras, and custom hardware.
• LAN and WLAN architecture; DHCP, VLAN, static routing, and IP addressing.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of WiFi on customer networks.

Responsibilities

• Own installation, configuration, and activation of on-premises equipment in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot installation and sensor performance issues; ensure end-to-end testing for production.
• Support Tier 1 and on-call rotation for critical issues; drive timely resolutions.
