Qualifications

3+ years of verifiable hands-on experience in property management maintenance or a related trade.
Ability to travel within your region: this position is based 100% in the field.
Demonstrated proficiency diagnosing and performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance sectors.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to skilled maintenance and repair requests.
Assist with scheduling, overseeing, and communicating with contractors to obtain bids and check work for completeness.
Purchase maintenance supplies as needed; perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
Travel within the assigned region; work 100% in the field; manage multiple work orders independently.
