Qualifications

• Staffing and onboarding for assigned region(s)
• Create welcoming new hire experience and ensure training completion
• Collaborate with training to follow onboarding path
• Develop and audit team schedules and shift compliance
• Maintain schedules aligned with business needs and coverage
• Audit shift adherence to schedules and standards
• Ensure field team compliance with retailer standards and metrics
• Support ASM/RSM activities (store visits, trainings)
• Provide direction, training and guidance to retention-focused teams
• Attend meetings/conference calls as needed, regionally or cross-regionally
• Travel to stores within region as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures; perform other duties
• Oversee performance management, turnover reviews, and schedule compliance
• Coordinate staffing rates and 90-day turnover metrics
• Ensure Schedule/Visit Compliance and External/Internal Compliance
• Handle administrative tasks efficiently
