Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, North America, to translate NA go-to-market strategy into integrated marketing programs that generate demand, deepen executive relationships, engage priority accounts and accelerate sales pipeline. You will work closely with NA Sales leadership, AEs and Marketing teams to develop regional campaigns aligned to strategic accounts and growth priorities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally including field marketing, demand generation, strategic account marketing or integrated campaign management.
• Experience marketing enterprise technology, SaaS or complex B2B solutions; supply chain experience is an asset.
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with enterprise Sales teams and translating commercial priorities into marketing programs.
• Proven ability to independently lead integrated campaigns and regional programs from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Experience developing engagement programs for strategic accounts and Director, VP and C-level audiences.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline development, opportunity acceleration and complex enterprise buying journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated field marketing programs and regional initiatives from planning to execution, measurement and optimization.
• Develop multi-touch programs including digital campaigns, events, webinars, content, and targeted outreach.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Digital, Content, Product Marketing, Communications and other teams to create coordinated buyer and executive journeys.
• Identify opportunities to test new channels and formats to improve reach and response among priority audiences.
• Ensure regional campaigns connect with Kinaxis brand, demand and commercial objectives.
• Maintain strong alignment between North America priorities and global marketing campaigns.
