Kinaxis is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for North America. This remote role focuses on translating the NA go-to-market strategy into integrated regional programs that generate demand, deepen executive relationships, and accelerate the sales pipeline.

You will work with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to plan campaigns, events, webinars, and targeted outreach for priority accounts and industries. Strong APAC?

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing and demand generation.
• Experience marketing enterprise technology, SaaS or complex B2B solutions; supply chain experience is an asset.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with enterprise Sales teams and translating priorities into programs.
• Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Experience developing engagement programs for senior executives (Director–C-level).
• Strong project management, collaboration, and data-driven optimization skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop targeted regional programs aligned to Kinaxis’ strategic accounts, industries and growth priorities.
• Own major North America campaigns and regional initiatives from planning through execution, measurement and optimization.
• Create coordinated engagement journeys across sales, marketing and customer touchpoints.
• Align regional marketing with global campaigns to support pipeline and revenue goals.
• Measure program impact and continuously optimize for better reach and conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Generation, Digital, Content and Product Marketing teams.
