Kinaxis is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, North America, to translate North America go-to-market strategy into integrated programs that generate demand and accelerate pipeline. You will work with Sales leadership, Account Executives and Marketing teams to execute targeted regional campaigns, executive programs and customer experiences that deepen relationships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field marketing and integrated campaigns.
• Experience marketing enterprise technology, SaaS or complex B2B solutions; supply chain is a plus.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales and translate priorities into programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional priorities into actionable marketing plans and programs.
• Own major North America campaigns from planning through execution and measurement.
• Develop engagement journeys with Sales and other teams to drive pipeline.
• Create executive, customer and industry programs and events.
• Balance regional needs with global campaigns and KPIs.
• Collaborate across Demand Gen, Digital, Content, Product Marketing and Communications.
