EōS Fitness in Houston, TX is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead local campaigns, build partnerships, and drive brand presence across 20+ gyms in Houston and San Antonio. This remote, field-based role requires frequent gym visits and collaboration with marketing, local teams, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of marketing experience, a passion for fitness, strong communication and project-management skills, and the ability to execute local initiatives while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
• 3-5 years marketing-related work experience.
• Experience in the fitness industry and/or strong interest in health and fitness.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while following direction and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with local businesses and community organizations to foster partnerships and educate on Flex Deals Partnership Program.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local campaigns, promotions and initiatives across all locations.
• Ensure materials and collateral are prepared, distributed, and displayed promptly.
• Serve as a liaison between local gyms, creative and marketing teams, assisting with requests and support.
• Provide local support to the social media team for event and partnership content.
• Support new locations in construction and presales marketing.
• Conduct local market research and share insights.
• Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements.
