EōS Fitness in Houston seeks a Regional Group Fitness Manager to lead district group fitness teams, overseeing hiring, coaching, scheduling, payroll, and member experience. This role partners with Sales, Operations, and Facilities to drive attendance and safety in classes across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate brings multi-unit management experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for culture and mentorship. Travel and leadership responsibilities are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit management experience in fitness or similar sector.
• Nationally accredited Group Exercise Certification required; CPR certification preferred.
• Group Fitness Certification and related credentials are required; valid driver’s license is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to district group fitness teams.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff.
• Foster ongoing professional development across the region.
• Develop and implement staffing, scheduling, and class-size strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Facilities teams on business goals.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and trends.
