Job summary

Advanced Exercise seeks an outside sales representative in Houston to build relationships with multifamily communities, design tailored fitness spaces, and drive new business. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with training and ongoing support.

Travel within the territory is required, and you’ll operate from a home office with uncapped earning potential and a collaborative relationship with the Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in multi-family industry or outside sales preferred.
• Knowledge of the multi-family market and its decision-makers is a plus.
• Understanding of fitness and wellness concepts is beneficial.
• Ability to travel within the territory for daily sales calls and events while working from home.
• Proficient with email, video conferencing, and digital tools to engage prospects and clients.
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and quoting tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, management companies, and decision-makers within the multi-family housing market to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Design customized fitness and wellness spaces by creating facility layouts, developing equipment recommendations, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process using sales tools, CRM, and proven processes to prospect, qualify, visit sites, propose solutions, negotiate, close, and provide post-sale support.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, industry events, partnerships, and proactive development to build a healthy pipeline.
• Own and grow your assigned territory by managing the sales pipeline and achieving individual sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager through reporting of territory performance and opportunities.
