EōS Fitness is seeking an experienced District Sales Manager to lead multiple gym locations in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will guide a high-performance team, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires a strong background in sales and management within the fitness industry, with responsibilities including recruiting, training, and monitoring performance across several locations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Leadership/Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management.
• Previous background in the fitness industry.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all gym locations operate efficiently.
• Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff.
• Exhibit leadership through effective coaching.
• Lead and manage a team of sales managers.
• Monitor sales performance at the district level.
• Promote a positive member experience.
• Analyze key performance indicators to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve member complaints promptly.
• Foster a collaborative environment among staff.
• Build relationships within the community.
