Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Associate Manager, Field Marketing – Americas (Remote) to drive digital marketing campaigns for a portfolio of hotels in the Latin America & Caribbean region. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Digital and Brand teams to boost hotel revenue and brand awareness while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Digital Marketing, with 6+ months of marketing and developing integrated plans for a global brand.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
• Must be able to function at a fast pace in a service-oriented environment
• Proven ability to impact and work with all levels of the organization
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred in hospitality marketing roles.

Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing and media strategy for Field Marketing program hotels in the Latin America & Caribbean region.
• Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and increase hotel revenues.
• Assist hotels with annual marketing plans, budgets, and spend optimization based on market analysis.
• Provide ongoing support to hotels for online presence, direct-booking growth, and agency programs.
