Universal Technical Institute is seeking a Field Marketing & Community Engagement Manager in Long Beach. You will lead local events, campus outreach, and partnerships to grow enrollment and brand presence.

The role requires strong communication, event planning, and the ability to manage sponsorships and high school engagements, with a hybrid On-site/remote work model and up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or event management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years marketing or event management experience with onsite/offsite events.
• Experience developing and negotiating sponsorship agreements preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and represent recruitment events (career fairs, festivals, open houses).
• Drive enrollment growth by engaging prospective students at events.
• Develop local event strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.
• Build partnerships with industry partners, schools and employers.
• Track event metrics and provide data-driven insights.
