Universal Technical Institute seeks a Field Marketing & Community Engagement Manager in the Austin area. The role drives brand awareness and student recruitment through community events, high school presentations, campus activities, and partner showcases.

You will build partnerships with local employers and educational providers to expand the school's community presence. The position is hybrid (on campus and remote) in Austin, TX, with a pay range of $75,000–$85,000 and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or event management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing or event management, onsite/offsite.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment events and campus open houses; transport company equipment as needed.
• Grow enrollment by engaging prospective students at events with high-value leads.
• Develop local event strategies to maximize ROI and student inquiries.
