UBC, a pharmaceutical support industry leader, is seeking a Field Liaison to serve as the single point of contact with field teams for high-volume manufacturers in an assigned US territory. You will provide SME support for complex patient and reimbursement issues and support program launches with education materials.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in PBM/healthcare preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced knowledge of medical insurance terminology.

Responsibilities

• Formulates processes and interprets reimbursement policies to resolve dispensing issues.
• Serves as SME on complex cases to prescribers, manufacturers, health plans, and patients.
• Assists field teams in program launches and training materials.
• Provides PSP support and other projects to improve workflows and reimbursement activities.
• Gathers, analyzes, and prepares data for QBRs, FDA requirements, and special reports.
