Job summary

United Therapeutics Corporation seeks a strategic and collaborative HEOR leader to drive evidence generation, payer engagement, and market access across pipeline and commercial therapies. You will coach a field-based team, build trusted payer relationships, and translate clinical and real-world data into insights informing decisions.

You are skilled in leading cross-functional initiatives, measuring KPIs, and shaping innovative HEOR plans while aligning with UT's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 10+ years HEOR/related experience or PharmD/PhD/MD with 7+ years.
• 3+ years of field-based HEOR with leadership demonstrated.
• Strong study design, data analysis, and interpretation of HEOR data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, coach, train, and evaluate field-based HEOR Liaisons with KPI-driven plans.
• Maintain a panel of priority U.S. payer accounts and engage in scientific dialogue.
• Partner with market access stakeholders to support account objectives and track KPIs.
• Represent the company at Medicaid meetings and conferences, presenting data.
• Model best-in-class field engagement with MEA and Market Access teams.
• Oversee HEOR data integration into medical materials and strategic plans.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with HEOR leadership on development plans.
• Drive strategic planning and internal GMA initiatives.
