Job summary

Qualifications
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and real-world deployment factors.
- Experience evaluating third-party AI solutions vs. in-house approaches.
- Experience operating in regulated environments with privacy, compliance, and explainability in mind.
Responsibilities
- Apply data science expertise for AI and advanced analytics across Commercial use cases (forecasting, targeting, segmentation, personalization, omnichannel).
- Provide technical leadership on Generative AI applications for field, marketing, and operations teams.
- Assess technical quality of AI solutions including architecture, data needs, validation, explainability, monitoring.
