Claroty is seeking a Field CTO, Public Sector, to lead a solution engineering team and align Claroty’s offerings with federal and SLED cybersecurity needs. You will drive strategic pre‑sales efforts, mentor engineers, and serve as a trusted advisor to agency partners.

The role emphasizes deep technical leadership across networks and security architectures, with travel 25–35% and remote US work. A must-have is extensive public sector acquisition knowledge and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical management or field CTO within cybersecurity/public sector.
• Hands-on network, database, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity standards experience.
• Deep understanding of Federal procurement processes and government contract vehicles.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Public Sector Strategy & Leadership (65%): lead and recruit a high-performing solution engineering team and drive pre-sales strategy.
• Field CTO & Advisory: serve as executive solution architect and advisor to agency leaders and prime contractors.
• Product & Market Enablement: channel field feedback to Product Management and engage with government contracts.
• Customer Success & Enablement: lead critical escalations and accelerate ATO strategies.
