Job summary

Claroty is seeking a Field CTO & Solution Engineering Leader for its Public Sector practice. You will drive regional pre-sales operations, mentor engineers, and align solutions with federal cybersecurity requirements.

The role emphasizes executive leadership, strategic advisory to agency leaders, and collaboration with sales, product, and partners across Federal, tribal, and SLED accounts. Remote US-based with travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a technical management or field CTO role in cybersecurity or Public Sector.
• Hands-on expertise in networks, databases, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity standards.
• Deep understanding of Federal procurement processes, RFP/RFI/RFP responses, and government contracts (e.g., GSA Schedule).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-influencing skills with cross-department collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build diverse teams while managing complex POCs and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and recruit a high-performing solution engineering team for the Public Sector.
• Serve as executive solution architect and trusted advisor to agency leaders and prime contractors.
• Drive pre-sales strategy and align Claroty solutions with government cyber and compliance needs.
• Represent Claroty as a thought leader at public sector events and ensure customer success enablement.
