Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Field CTO - North America to serve as a senior technical voice across the region, shaping how complex enterprise solutions are positioned and adopted.

The role will partner with sales engineering, product, and engineering teams to turn customer needs into repeatable go-to-market frameworks and scalable technical strategies, while advising executives on digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of enterprise solution architecture or Field CTO experience.
• Experience advising C-suite executives on digital transformation.
• Ability to create repeatable frameworks and enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Innovate new enterprise solution architectures and AI use cases to position the company effectively
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering on large enterprise opportunities to validate innovative strategies
• Package customer success stories into repeatable architectures and sales plays
• Establish feedback loops between customers and Product & Engineering teams to guide product strategy
• Represent the organization at industry events, workshops, and advisory sessions
