Salesforce is seeking a Field CTO to act as a technical and strategic extension of the CRO's office, representing Salesforce's product vision, architecture, and business value to our most important customers and partners. Qualifications

10+ years of experience spanning technical pre-sales/solutions engineering, product management, or technical customer success, ideally in enterprise SaaS/collaboration software.
Ability to operate credibly in both technical and commercial conversations with executive audiences.
Experience shaping complex enterprise deals and influencing multi-stakeholder decisions.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical advisor and executive-level proxy in customer conversations.
Translate platform roadmap and architecture into business outcomes for CIOs/CTOs.
Partner with sales leadership on strategic and enterprise deals and address objections.
Serve as a feedback loop between field and product/engineering to shape the roadmap.
Represent Salesforce at industry events and executive forums.
Build relationships with customer executive sponsors and mentor account teams.
Collaborate with product marketing on positioning and differentiation.
