Job summary
Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across designated markets. The role emphasizes in-store execution, promotional displays, and strong collaboration with store teams.
You will travel within the territory, perform daily store visits, and help onboard new staff while upholding safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid state driver’s license.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelez in stores across the territory with professionalism and execution excellence.
- Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
- Execute daily coverage including store visits, merchandising excellence, and order writing documentation.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility per RTM plans.
- Follow schedules set by your District Manager or RTM for efficient territory coverage.
- Assist with seasonal transitions, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
- Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
- Develop leadership potential through operational and communications skill-building.
- Stay safe and compliant in performing physical activities.
