Mondelez International is hiring a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations while traveling across markets.

The role emphasizes hands-on field support, schedule adherence, seasonal transitions, and development toward leadership, with safety and compliance at the core.

Qualifications

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce brand standards.
• Execute daily coverage with Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing standards.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in stores across the territory with professionalism.
• Provide field support to Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Complete store visits and document execution with photos and systems.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure visibility of brands.
• Maintain schedules and support seasonal transitions and product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to enable smooth execution.
• Assist onboarding of new Merchandisers and strengthen field capability.
• Support safe and compliant operations during driving and lifting tasks.
