Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking a Field Consultant to perform on-site High Value Property Surveys across Marion, Johnson, Hamilton, Tipton and Madison counties. This remote, contract role lets you work from your home office, scheduling surveys and submitting web-based reports after visits.

You will visit properties, photograph and measure, note hazards and coordinate with underwriters to identify risks, earning compensation based on completed work as a 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in underwriting or residential inspections is desirable.
• Professionalism and reliability required.
• Must have smartphone, tablet and PC with internet access.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site high value property surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, note hazards for underwriter review.
• Generate and document construction materials and features of homes.
• Submit web-based reports and coordinate with underwriters.
