Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company seeks a Field Claims Specialist II, Property, to investigate and resolve moderate to severe property claims both by phone and in person. The role requires travel to policy locations, strong Xactimate skills, and excellent customer service.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in property claims handling, a solid background in construction-related losses, and the ability to work independently with a high standard of professionalism.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of property claims handling experience.
• Solid experience with Xactimate and writing estimates.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, independent work style.

Mansioni

• Investigate and resolve property damage claims by phone and in person.
• Open, adjust and monitor reserves in line with policy and procedures.
• Ensure accurate coverage application and eligibility during claim handling.
• Coordinate with Special Investigations Unit, Subrogation, and legal teams as needed.
• Provide outstanding service to Nationwide customers under high standards of professionalism.
