Job summary

Optiv is seeking a Field CISO to act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead security assessments, and develop tailored security solutions. You will communicate complex concepts to executives and work with field sales to position value and drive engagements.

You will build relationships with CISOs and CIOs, contribute to thought leadership, and stay current on threats, frameworks, and regulatory changes to guide client decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Info Security, or related field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with consulting/architecture/leadership.
• Experience with enterprise clients and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on security strategy, lead assessments and workshops.
• Collaborate with field sales to qualify opportunities and design solutions.
• Develop and deliver client-focused security proposals and thought leadership content.
• Maintain knowledge of threats, compliance frameworks, and IT landscape.
