Thermo Fisher Scientific in California seeks a Staff Scientist, Field Applications to enable customers in downstream bioprocessing. You will serve as a technical expert, delivering training, optimizing applications, and troubleshooting while building strong customer relationships across the field region.

You will work with colleagues on strategic projects, gather feedback for R&D, and support the adoption of solutions from lab to manufacturing scale bioproduction.

Formación

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of relevant chromatography/bioprocessing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant chromatography/bioprocessing experience.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support and training.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP regulatory environments is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical training and enable customers to use downstream process development solutions.
