Qualifications
- Advanced degree or equivalent with extensive experience in chromatography/bioprocessing.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support and training.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training and optimize applications for customers.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and demonstrate technologies to customers.
- Lead strategic projects and provide feedback to R&D for product development.
- Support colleagues and collaborate with sales, customers, and internal teams.
- Travel up to ~50% within the assigned territory; communicate findings effectively.
