Job summary

Talent With Heart, a technology leader in embedded computing, seeks a Field Applications Engineer to support regional sales across a remote territory. You will translate customer needs into technical solutions and present roadmap capabilities, partnering with engineering and sales teams.

The role requires 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, deep hardware/software integration expertise, and readiness to travel 50%+ (often overnight).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years in Field Applications Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical understanding of hardware/software integration and embedded computing systems.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more, including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales teams by understanding customer requirements and recommending technical solutions.
• Present products, roadmaps, and capabilities to customers.
• Serve as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams during pre-sales engagements.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support engagements.
