Job summary

GuruLink is looking for a Field Applications Engineer to manage technical relationships with customers. In this role, you'll support customer engagement with Cadstrom, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering, relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. You will lead technical conversations, author reports, and support customer workflows. This position allows for remote work, ideally based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience, ideally including board-level design, debug, or design review.
• Prior experience working directly with external technical customers in an FAE, applications engineering, or customer engineering role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers for Cadstrom.
• Author customer-facing reports and drive technical conversations.
• Help customers integrate Cadstrom into their existing design workflows.
