Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to support customers in the United States, focusing on PCB design, manufacturability, and reliability. The role bridges customers with engineering and production teams, influencing design decisions early and helping transition prototypes into high-volume manufacturing.

You will travel up to 15–25% and work remotely within the US, collaborating across North American and Asia-Pacific operations to meet customer requirements and roadmap

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering experience related to PCB manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of PCB electrical design performance and signal integrity, including controlled impedance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to customer PCB designers and manufacturing teams throughout the design and development cycle.
• Educate customers on DFM and DFV principles to improve quality and manufacturability.
• Review customer designs to identify manufacturability, reliability, and performance issues before production.
• Facilitate resolution of issues between customers and internal pre-production teams.
• Present technical capabilities and roadmaps to customers and stakeholders.
