Job summary

Cell Microsystems, Inc. is seeking a Field Application Scientist (Remote) to support our North American customer base and drive commercial growth. The role is primarily field-based with significant travel across NA and periodic remote home working.

You will develop expert knowledge of hardware, software and applications, conduct demonstrations, train users, and help customers build workflows using our technology, while collaborating across Product Applications, Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years FAS or customer-facing experience in cell biology, immunology or related field.
• Bench experience with 2D/3D cell culture models and cell-based assays.
• Confident scientific communicator with strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of hardware, software and applications.
• Demonstrate solutions at customer sites and assist demonstrations for sales.
• Provide training to new and existing users.
• Help customers develop workflows with our technology.
• Coordinate with Product Applications, Sales, Service and Marketing for customer success.
• Participate in product training and stay current with new applications.
• Attend conferences and tradeshows, present at customer sites or remotely.
• Keep CRM up to date.
• Travel initially around 75% of the time.
