Job summary

ABL DIAGNOSTICS is seeking a Field Application Specialist to support molecular testing products, perform installations, and deliver online training across Spain. You will assist affiliates and customers with on-site validation, troubleshooting, and ensure post-market surveillance and product updates are managed efficiently.

The role requires a degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics or Medicine, plus 3+ years in sequencing in a clinical lab or training setting, and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on sequencing experience, clinical lab or trainer background preferred.
• Strong data analysis / software familiarity.
• Excellent communication and online training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level application support for molecular and gene testing products.
• Support affiliates and distributors with installation, demonstration and on-site validation.
• Ensure timely handling of updates, complaints and post-market surveillance.
