Enthuse Marketing is seeking a Field Activation Manager based in Chicago, IL. You will lead a 5-10 person Activation Specialists team, delivering consumer activations for beer and spirit brands across on-premise accounts.

You will enforce compliance, manage budgets, build client relationships, and drive local market opportunities while traveling within the territory and mentoring the team to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field strongly encouraged.
• Experience in bev-alc industry and managing teams is required.
• Strong budget management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 5-10 person Activation Specialists team delivering activations for beer/spirit brands in on-premise accounts.
• Enforce legal/compliance guidelines and monitor marketing code adherence.
• Plan, track, and drive opportunities using market intelligence and client network alignment.
• Manage local unit budget and travel/entertainment planning.
• Develop and mentor team through coaching and career development.
• Drive local market opportunities and maintain client relationships.
