Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is an education-led marketing agency based in Chicago. We are seeking a Field Activation Manager to lead a team of 5–10 Activation Specialists, delivering consumer and/or customer activations for beer and spirits across on-premise accounts in the Chicago area.

You will report to the Field Activation Director, drive activation strategy, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires travel, flexible hours, and readiness to work remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of bev-alc industry experience.
• 2–3 years of people management experience preferred.
• Event management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver activation programs across a field unit and manage 5–10 Activation Specialists.
• Plan, track, and drive activation opportunities using market intelligence.
• Budget management for local unit including expense planning.
• Maintain client relationships and align activation activity with the network.
• Lead training, coaching, and development for the activation team.
• Travel within the assigned territory to work with direct reports and assess progress.
