Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Field Account Manager, Fleet Operations to drive day-to-day B2B fleet revenue and strengthen local relationships. This remote-based role has a strong preference to be based in Denver, CO, with nationwide coverage for SMB fleet accounts.

You will execute strategic plans, train store teammates, and partner with operations and marketing to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction across national and local accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales, particularly managing fleet accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
• Live in or around the Denver, CO area.

Responsibilities

• Own profitable fleet business at territory level.
• Drive day-to-day business development to meet/exceed sales goals for SMB accounts.
• Build and nurture relationships with national account decision makers at the local level.
• Guide the implementation of national account plans and serve as the field contact.
• Lead the training of store teammates to drive SMB account strategy.
• Partner with operations, field, and marketing to deliver service promises.
• Evaluate issues impacting fleet sales and resolve customer inquiries.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with field leaders to discuss trends.
