• Strategic Planning: lead business planning with dealers to set growth targets.
• Product & Solution Adoption: train and promote Fleet Care Solutions and sales tools.
• Market Intelligence: monitor inventory, forecast needs, and gather competitive intel.
• Field Activity: perform Fleet Genba on-site observations to tailor solutions.
• Safety Compliance: ensure safety protocols and PPE adherence.
