Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1–2 years’ dispatch operations experience, preferably telecom
• 1–2 years’ Salesforce or equivalent experience
• Experience using dispatch software/tools to optimize operations
• Understanding of safety regulations and field service logistics
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Must type 40 WPM and communicate effectively in English
• Spanish language skills desirable

Responsibilities

• Receives service requests and assigns technicians based on skills and location
• Monitors technician status and informs customers of ETA
• Maintains accurate records of service calls and technician details
• Monitors calls for timely resolution and escalates when needed
• Coordinates with other departments to meet service level agreements
• Performs data entry, filing, and report generation for dispatch ops
• Cross-trains team members and supports ongoing improvement
