Job summary

N2IA Technologies is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own product outcomes for federal clients within a SAFe environment. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution, working with architects and engineering teams to deliver scalable digital solutions and measurable value.

As a key leader in the ART, you will define the product vision, manage the program backlog, track KPIs, and partner with analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
• 8+ years in Product Management or Technical Product Management; federal IT experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe; experience leading PI Planning.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and core systems integration.
• Excellent communication skills with executives, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Hybrid work schedule with preference for DC/VA/MD region.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and KPIs; align with portfolio themes.
• Lead PI planning and manage program backlog in SAFe.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate vision into scalable solutions.
• Define analytics dashboards and use data to drive decisions.
