Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a SAFe Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and optimization on the USPS program. The role requires deep SAFe expertise and the ability to drive large‑scale initiatives across ARTs, engineering, and compliance teams.

You will translate business objectives into Epics, Features, and Stories, define roadmaps, and ensure value delivery with data‑driven decisions. Remote work is supported for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• “8+ years of experience in product management within a scaled Agile or SAFe organization.”
• “Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise‑level solutions using SAFe.”
• “Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles, SAFe frameworks, and Agile best practices.”
• “Experience leading ARTs and working within a SAFe Large Solutions environment.”
• “Hands‑on experience with VersionOne.”
• “Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.”
• “Ability to translate business objectives into Epics, Features, and Stories.”

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and program goals.
• Lead feature prioritization and backlog refinement for ARTs.
• Translate high‑level requirements into actionable features and stories.
• Own and manage the Program and ART backlogs with prioritization based on value and compliance.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning with clear direction on goals.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to validate solutions and drive improvement.
• Monitor product performance with data‑driven metrics to optimize value delivery.
• Promote SAFe principles across teams and drive Agile maturity.
