Job summary

Leidos seeks an ART Product Manager to lead the backlog for the Agile Release Train and act as content authority for PI Planning. The role supports the Leidos Common Automation Platform within the Air Traffic Business Area and requires care for governance, metrics, and cross-ART coordination.

Hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote; locations include Gaithersburg, MD, or nearby options. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of related experience or 10+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Product management experience in software-intensive organizations.
• SAFe POPM certification or equivalent Agile product management credential.
• Demonstrated experience owning a Program Backlog and PI Planning authority.
• Experience translating strategic roadmaps into executable feature delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the Program Backlog for the ART; define, prioritize, and sequence Features.
• Serve as content authority for PI Planning; decide features per Program Increment.
• Decompose features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Translate program roadmap into ART feature delivery plans with milestones.
• Define feature acceptance criteria and validate with stakeholder reviews.
• Coordinate with ART Product Managers on cross-ART dependencies.
